The most important one is being honest with each other. We respect different viewpoints and beliefs because they make us interesting people. We talk and debate in a friendly atmosphere and with passion. We discuss issues and solve them together. We believe that we share similar values and operating guidelines. Ultimately, we have one goal: to work well together!
Honesty (with each other) is a foundation of our operations which we define through open communication – with no overtones or beating around the bush. We use feedback which is a starting point for change. We use simple language which is clear to all employees. Moreover, we share our experience by learning from our successes but also failures.
Trust is the foundation for every relationship, so we also use it as a starting point for communicating with each other. We trust our skills. We trust each other. It helps us create a strong team that can accomplish a lot. This belief comes from our courage because we are not afraid to take risks and think outside the box. We are inspired by the idea of Think Big! We are ambitious and want to be successful.
We remember that we spend 1/3 of our life at work, so we are doing our best to make it pleasant too. We are here because we want to be here – that is our main motivator. We love our job and we believe in what we do for others. We make our recipients – and ourselves – happy. We inspire each other.
